If you know me at all, you know I love to eat. I love spending time trying new foods and restaurants, especially restaurants that serve food from countries I have visited; It transports me back to a great time. After visiting Brazil, my husband and I had been missing having Brazilian food, so it is great that we have so many great Brazilian places in Orlando.
Orlando has a huge Brazilian community so it's no surprise that there are many delicious Brazilian restaurants and bakeries. My husband and I have tried a few Brazilian places around Orlando, but Pão Gostoso is definitely one of our favorites. They have a variety of fresh baked breads, pastries, typical Brazilian desserts, sandwiches, and much more. This bakery is filled with Brazilians so if you go will be sure to feel as though you are in Brazil!
Today we decided to head over to the Brazilian Village on International drive and I made sure I was starving and had plenty of room to eat!
If you come here on a weekend morning, it will be packed! So come early and take a look at the menu before you head up to the cash register to order. Once you order, they give you a buzzer that goes off when your food is ready.
A Brazilian favorite is called Pão de Queijo (cheesy bread) and they have them in large sizes or even in small mini ones if you want one just to try.

They have a large number of desserts and pastries that you can buy to eat there in small size or you can take home! I have not tried their cakes but they do look delicious. I have however, tried a few other desserts and even single one has been amazing! I would definitely recommend trying Brigadeiro, which is a little round ball made of condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter. They did not have any today which is why I don't have picture of it.
I ordered a Misto Quente, which is the best ham and cheese sandwich you will ever try. It's served on a toasted French roll with the perfect crispiness and has a ton of cheese inside!

I also had to try their Patel De Queijo, which is similar to an Empanada but the dough is a bit different. Patel De Queijo was one of my favorite things to eat in Brazil and I could not resist eating it, even though I knew I still had to down that delicious Misto Quente.

If you haven't tried it yet please do! it's delicious and so affordable. Once you go, comment your pictured below and share with me your experiences!
